Hinweise

Dieser Konstruktor erstellt eine SocketPermission, die mit dem angegebenen transport den Zugriff auf den angegebenen hostName und die portNumber steuert.

Der hostName kann ein DNS-Name, eine IP-Adresse oder ein angegebenes IP-Teilnetz, z. B. 192.168.1.*, sein.

Die portNumber kann eine beliebige gültige Anschlussnummer sein, die durch den Transport definiert ist, oder SocketPermission.AllPorts.
