Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten, eine Datei in einem Speicher mit der IsolatedStorageFileStream-Klasse zu öffnen. Nach Erhalt eines IsolatedStorageFileStream kann dieser zum Abrufen eines StreamReader oder StreamWriter verwendet werden. Mithilfe von StreamReader und StreamWriter können Sie aus einer Datei in einem Speicher lesen bzw. in diese schreiben, wie dies auch bei anderen Dateien möglich ist.
