This property applies to elements with an ARIA role of progressbar, slider, or spinbutton.
The IHTMLElement5::ariaValuemin and IHTMLElement5::ariaValuemax properties together specify the allowable range of values, whereas the IHTMLElement5::ariaValuenow property specifies the value currently selected.
