Hi,
I am not able to report a problem in developer community. I am getting below error. Here is the screenshot. Tried several times. Error message: "Sorry, we couldn't send your report, because the server connection timed out. Please retry now or sign out from Visual Studio, sign in using Visual Studio and try again"

Please copy the content that you have written in Developer Community web page, close web browser, sign out Visual Studio, sign in Visual Studio, paste and report the problem again.

I have the same problem. No amount of logging out and in again fixes it. The issue I wanted to report was:
[regression] [worked-in:17.6.1]
A project of mine started crashing link.exe during the x64 debug build after upgrading to VS 2022 17.6.2. I traced the issue to the Debugging option in the linker being set to “Generate Debug Information optimized for faster links”. This combined with my code containing calls to HtmlHelp() was causing the linker to crash. I changed the Debugging option to “Generate Debug Information” and it’s now linking again.

I am also getting this error message repeadedly: As I am neither having Visual Studio installed nor using it, I cannot follow the requested actions - all I can do is sign out and sign in within the browser. I have to do that several times until posting works one time. Then repeat. That's really painful and a work time killer!

That doesn't help because I do not want submit a new issue but comment and vote an existing issue.
If you're asking yourself why I want to post https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/ when I'm not using the program: It's also named as the communication platform for bug reports & feature requests for Azure DevOps which is the company chosen tool. It's full of bugs and flaws, but seeing how painful giving feedback to microsoft is, I won't provide much...better ask the company to change the tooling.
