Cannot Signup for Devops

I'm trying to signup for Microsoft Azure.We have a Free Tier subscription.
On clicking on getting started link i'm asked to create a new project.But upon clicking continue nothing happens

    That's odd! Can you capture any errors in your developer tools?

    Make sure you are using a supported browser as well. Currently supported browsers are Edge, Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, and Chrome.

    Creation of new organization fixed the issue. Thanks for your help.
