I need help with the MFA and changing how our organization signs in and I am confused on the direction. How do I do one without using the MFA but still make it secure

    I dont think you can have "secure" and no MFA nowadays. What specifically are you trying to accomplish here?

    Thank you for reaching out Microsoft Q&A.

    Without using MFA, you cannot make it secure to your organization.
    To make it secure you can use security defaults and conditional access policy and per-user MFA.
