Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my user is having an issue when sending emails to a recipent.

When the user sends an email to any recipient. The Recipient will receive the email, but on return the user will get a bounce back email that says

CP7P275MB2320.ZAFP275.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM:

Remote server returned '554 5.2.2 mailbox full; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:QuotaExceededException.MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]The process failed to get the correct properties. 1.84300:02000000.

can some one e please explain y im receiving emails from JN1PPF187BD6743.ZAFP275.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM> but the email adress is a work email address JN1PPF187BD6743.ZAFP275.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM> is my intials and more or less the same as CP7P275MB2320.ZAFP275.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM:

who im guessing is hacking my accounts as i know this user

Will you be able to describe your situation in detail for better troubleshooting?

1.What is the user's mailbox type? Is it a shared mailbox or a public folder?

2.Have you received an NDR? Can you attach a screenshot?

3.Are there mail flow rules that affect mail delivery?

If there is any other useful information, you can also add it or attach a screenshot at any time.

Thank you for your reply.

I managed to found the issue, one of the Mailboxes that the emails are being forwarded to was full, when I checked all the mailboxes I missed the one that was causing issues.

This could be the cause of the problem.

In light of this situation, you should consider the following recommendations:

1.Modify the forwarding rules to avoid the mailbox reaching the quota limit.

2.Clean up a full mailbox by deleting unwanted messages, archiving, keeping them to local storage, and more.
