Request authorization tenant mismatch GraphServiceClient

The error message "Request authorization tenant mismatch" typically means that the access token being used to authenticate the request is issued for a different Azure AD tenant than the one expected by the Microsoft Graph API. Even though you've confirmed that your tenant ID is the same in both your registered app and Azure Bot, the issue may arise if the access token was obtained from the wrong tenant context or if the resource (e.g., phone call endpoint) belongs to a different tenant.

To resolve this, first decode the access token (using a tool like jwt.ms) and verify that the tid (tenant ID) claim matches the tenant you're targeting. Make sure that your app is requesting the token for the correct tenant, particularly if it's a multi-tenant app. Also, ensure that when initializing the GraphServiceClient, it's using a token acquired specifically for the same tenant where the calling resource resides.

Hi, the tenant id that i set in ClientSecretCredential is the same as the one in the access token i get back from the application registered in Azure Portal this seems to be only affecting external pstn phone numbers i can connect to an internal user but have no audio my MediaState object seems to be null. my application is WPF by the way

Also could you provide me with the format of of the Call object that is passed to GraphServiceClient to make a call to a specified phone number.
