How to I sign-up to show bing/microsoft ads on my website?

Hi,

My website is https:// vira******.xyz and I want to display microsoft ads on it (specifically on my individual blogs https:// vira******.xyz/blogs).

I came across ads.microsoft.com but I guess it is for creating an ad campaign which I do not want to do.

Is there a specific portal where I can signup to display ads on my website?
