Hi,

Please let me know about errors in Merchant Center feeds.
Currently, "Store" in Merchant Center is approved, but there seems to be an issue with "Feed". Feed was uploaded from a URL. Approval can take up to 72 hours, but that time has already passed.

I don't think there's a problem with the feed because I previously used the same feed to run a free Merchant Center listing in another Microsoft account.

You can't have multiple Merchant Centers within the same domain, so we deleted the Merchant Center that was running under that old account.

I checked the troubleshooting (https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/3/en/56769/1-500), but no messages like the one described here are displayed. Does that mean it's still on hold? Is there any workaround?

    I understand that you encountered an error message after uploading the feed file using the method "download file from URL".

    Here are some of the things that we need to check

    >You may use Automatically download file from the URL option if the feed file is smaller than 1GB and on a publicly accessible server. 

    >Your feed file must be tab-delimited plain text with extensions: TXT, ZIP, GZ, GZIP, TAR.GZ, TGZ. We only support XML files if it is an existing Google-formatted XML file.

    >Take note of the required fields of a feed file How is the feed file organized?

    Based on our Platform Health Blog Microsoft Advertising Platform Health Blog, we don't see any identified issue(s) on uploading a feed file on the Merchant Center store.
