I'm new to pubCenter. My profile was accepted and submitted my site for approval and it immediately get rejected with the only indication of problem is the "script not found" issue.

However, I have placed the required script code in my header section and have verified it is there for all pages on my site. Is there any way to find what is wrong with the script placed or why my site is getting rejected?
