This new site is great. Here's 2 helpful tips to fix the Outlook Tag:

  1. The "child tag" might want Apple to be added alongside Windows, if you're going to offer help the Apple iOS people.
  2. The "Select a child item tag" only offers "Classic Outlook for Windows" in the drop-down. "New Outlook for Windows" and "Outlook for Mac" aren't listed as choices, but some people might need those.
  3. This is for my Personal PC, but the dropdown above for "Select a child subitem tag" only has 'For Business" on it and it's a required field, so that needs fixing.
