Authenticator fails to sendt verification codes to adminstrator

Hi

Our company has a major issue related to microsoft Authenticator. We have set up a ned PC and has all setup except for verfication with Authenticator. We have now tried everything but thing helps. We are simply not able to get a verification code on the adminstrator authenticator.

We have searched for it on the internet but can't seem to find a solution to the problem. We have tried to restart, update and delete/download the app.

I have a sub user account and the doesn't either get the verification code. I have tried to delete and download the app, but now im not able to get access to the app again, because it too needs a verification code.

Hope some will be able to assist with some advice.
