Hi Basanta Pathak,
Thank you for reaching Microsoft Community.
Just to make sure that we get the exact picture of the concern: you were able to set up your Surface Go 3 with your personal Microsoft Account and now you would like to use your work account for the Microsoft Office applications like Teams but whenever you attempt to log in on the app using your work account, you are prompted with the wrong password error, correct?
May I know what Microsoft Office license do you use on the device? See this page for reference: About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support.
Are you trying to sign in on the Teams app that is pre-installed on the device or you installed the desktop app from this page: Download Microsoft Teams Desktop and Mobile Apps | Microsoft Teams? Try downloading the Teams for work or school option on that given page then see if youa re able to sign in with your work account on it.
How about on the other Microsoft Office applications, have you tried signing in your work account like on Microsoft Word?
Is your Surface Go 3 still running in Windows 11 in S mode or you have switched it out of S mode already?
Kindly try also to sign in your work account on the Office application on the device. Search office on the search bar on your Taskbar then select the Office app and sign in with your work account and see if this works.
Let me know how it goes.
Kind regards,
Marrion
