Microsoft edge read aloud problem infinite load

I tested with my iOS tablet and android phone both with the latest ver of edge but both suffer from infinite load time with Steffan neutral voice

Any sloutions?

I prefer this voice when reading others don’t seem to work for me

    Based on your feedback, you're experiencing an issue with Steffan's Neutral voice loading all the time.

    I have tested this and it does not reproduce your problem.

    The voice feature works fine on my computer.

    So it has to do with the settings on your computer.

    You can try to open the browser of the edge > click on the “...” in the upper right corner > click on “new inprivate window”

    See if your read aloud function works in this screen.

    If it still doesn't work, and I've seen this problem on both of your devices

    Then whether the green island is affected by your network fluctuation.

    You can change the network environment, such as changing to a cell phone hotspot to see if there is such a problem.
