Windows search bar not working after cumulative update

My windows search bar stopped working after taking june cumulative updates , i just took julys and it isnt fixed. The search bar just keeps trying to load but nothing happens. Any one expierence this? I already tried using the index troubleshooter etc

    I would suggest trying a Windows Repair install. This doesn't hurt any of your files/apps/settings, so it's a safe function to try.

    Settings app > System> Recovery > Reinstall Now

    Warning: Don't click reset, that's not the same (reset is destructive).

    you should try following steps.

    1. Run PowerShell(Admin).
    2. Paste below command and press enter. wait till completion of process.
         Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
      
    3. Reboot the computer.
