Our sports team will be using Teams to communicate and share documents. I want our handbook to uploaded in Teams but for it to be a living document when additions can be made throughout the season. I want it presented as if it's book style where our athletes can flip pages.

The idea is that there is one large "notebook" divided into sections for each player. Divider 1 is the Handbook, Divider 2 is offense/defense systems, Divider 3 is Scouting (where we will give them scouting reports based on the opponent), Divider 4 is a Personal Journal.

Does something like this exist?

    Dear Shane,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per the description shared, I understand your requirement and I would like to let you know that Class Notebookwill meet your requirement perfectly.

If you create a Class Team in the Microsoft Team, you can set up the Class Notebook by default. In the Class Notebook, each student added to the class will have a separate student Notebook and each student Notebook can be only viewed by teachers and students themselves, students can't view other Student Notebook.

Morevover, in the Class Notebook you can't have the Book Fold View but it's best when you want to create a resource for the students.

However, to set up the Class team you need to have Office 365 Education account. So, I would like to know whether you are having Office 365 Education account?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
    Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator
