Video recording playback failed for iOS [Ipad pro 2020]

I can’t access my teachers video recordings of my lesson, everytime i try to click back to it it says ‘playback failed’ not sure why. Someone help 

*i have stream & i’ve updated teams

    May I ask, what kind of MS 365 license do you currently have? Is it MS 365 A1 license?

    I need to know what exactly MS 365 licenses your university use becasue the MS Stream license has been removed from MS 365 A1 (for education) .
