MS Project online through Citrix

I use MS Project online through Citrix via my university and when I select a leveling option the program shows "Not responding" and freezes up. I have tried doing it on three different wifi options to see if that changed the situation.

    First of all, I want to check if this phenomenon is related to the project itself. Could you please try switching environments (without using virtual machines) to see if you still encounter this phenomenon.

    Thanks for replying. I access the app online through Citrix and am unable to use any other method.

    I can confirm that it is not the file, which I sent to my professor and he was able to execute Leveling.
