Microsoft Project and Power BI for students

Hi, I'm Emilia. I'm currently enrolled in industrial engineering, and we are starting to work with these two programs (Microsoft Project and Power BI). The truth is, I can't pay for them and need to practice to pass the exams. Do you have a student program to use them at least a semester for free?

I have already checked it out, and there is no free of charge using my university email account.

Any help, would be really appreciated

    Dear EMILIA,

The Power BI Pro license and the Project license need to be bought separately. They aren't included in all the Microsoft 365 Education subscriptions. You can only use Power BI free with limited features. Power Bi Pro is only available in Microsoft 365 Education A5.

Please note the sentence "Project Online Essentials is free". Project Online Essentials is not a standalone solution. You need to have Project Plan 3 or Project Plan 5 before you can leverage Project Online Essentials. So it isn't a completely free service.

As the account and license subscription are managed by the tenant administrator, you may need to contact the tenant administrator in your school and let him check whether he can buy the license for you.

If some issue happens with the administrator when he buys the license, I suggest you let him contact the sales expert via Contact Us | Microsoft Education for further help.

    Your understanding is highly appreciated!
