    Dear Emmanuel,

Good day and thank you for posting in our forum.

Per your question regarding the use of Microsoft Project to track daily operations/ activities which are not necessarily tasks nor projects.

I want to ask if you want to use it for personal use or for your team use?

If it’s only for tracking your own daily operations and activities, I would recommend To Do app. You can also see tasks from To Do in the Tasks app in Teams, and in Outlook Tasks.

Welcome to Microsoft To Do - Microsoft Support

To Do List and Task Management App | Microsoft To Do

If you want for your whole team then Project and Planner are built for team projects.

You might refer to the link below:

    Appreciate your understanding and patience.

Thank you so much, it's not really a project it's a company that wants to track the activities of day to day

    Emmanuel --

No, Microsoft Project is the wrong tool for you, as the software is used to plan and manage projects. A project has a defined start date and finish date, which your description does not include. Hope this helps.
