UNABLE TO EDIT EXCEL FILE WHICH BELONGS TO ME.

I have an Excel file which was created by me but I store the on my business OneDrive.

For some time I have been able to open and edit the file on my Android phone using O365. Now when I try to access the file is states that it is read only and I am unable to edit without further credential access from the business.

Two days ago I was successful using the Excel App as the alternative option however this too is now showing the same error as if opening with O365.

I have my personal O365 account but cannot use this as the default authentication goes to the business account. Any guidance on this appreciated.

    Good Morning,

I have since made further progress and have deleted my O365 account from my Android and reinstated it.

Since this move I can now edit the files and see no issues so I cannot provide you with the information you are requesting

Please close this for now and if it recurs I shall make reference to this ticket reference.

    Thank you..
