I cannot edit documents on Excel and Word.

When trying to edit documents from my two institutional accounts, I am not able to edit documents, because it says that my account doesn't support editing. This is happening since November 07 2024, and I haven't been notified as to any changes in my accounts accessibility. Also when trying to sign in I'm told that the app cannot sign in because it is trying to sign from another app and that I should try a minutes later.

    In that case, to have a better understanding and identify the root cause of your issue, May I confirm the following information with you?

    1. Since post the question with Android tag, May I confirm whether the issue happened on your Android device? If yes, May I confirm whether the issue happens in Office online: Home | Microsoft 365 or Office app for PC?
    2. May I confirm whether your classmates have the same issue or not? Please provide me the screenshots of the issue you’ve encountered as well.
    3. May I confirm the Microsoft 365 Plan of your account? Please sign in to the Office portal with your school account: My account (office.com) and provide me a screenshot of the Subscriptions of your account in the following format: Image
