I need to do two things in Excel.
(1) I need to have a set of questions appear when selecting a certain item in a drop down list. (E.g. The list says 1st semester, 2nd semester, 3rd semester, 4th semester with three rows of questions below each. So if selecting 1st semester, three questions relating to a that will show, etc.). Questions will be filled in by user, example, what challenges did you face in the 3rd semester?
(2) I need to keep the data that is filled in for those 1st semester questions when selecting 2nd, 3rd, or 4th so people can see historical data. Is this possible? I am not an Excel expert so laymens terms please.
