Hi Eva Parks,
Good day to you! Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Community.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding to your issue, I would recommend contacting your organization's global admin to try the following steps to revoke and require re-register multifactor authentication to see if the issue is resolved:
Please have your administrator follow the steps shown in the following article: Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multi-factor authentication - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn
- Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center as at least one Authentication Administrator.
- Identity > See Users > All users.
- Select the user you want to act on, and select Authentication methods. then select Require re-register of multi-factor authentication.
- Require re-register MFA: This disables all previous authentication methods. You'll then be prompted to configure a new MFA authentication method the next time you try to sign in, so you can add a new authenticator app.
If you have any further questions and concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask. Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Jay-Tr - MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
