    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to our community, I'm glad to be here to support you.

Based on your description, you download files from Copilot after you save all the responses in a document, csv, etc but they are empty. For more understand about your issue, can you provide to us screenshot of your situation so we can support you the best effective.

Sometimes, files are generated asynchronously. If you download the file too quickly after it's created, it may appear empty. Always wait for the confirmation message that the file has been successfully created before downloading

Besides that, you also need to ask Copilot to regenerate it. For example, you can say:

“Please regenerate the document with all responses included.”

So let me know if I misunderstand your point. Hope it helps, if you need any other support, please feel free to reach out

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Can you provide us screenshot for better understanding your situation? By the way, we need to clearly request Copilot to generate a file with specific content (for example: 'Please save this response in a Word file' )

Besides that, can you let me know which version of Copilot are you using? ( desktop or website)? have you tried to sigh out your account then resign in?

    Hope to receive your update

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I have contacted and consulted with my colleagues regarding your issue. I also tried generating files in Word, PowerPoint, and other formats, and everything worked fine on my side. However, a few of my colleagues encountered similar issues like yours. This could be a more technical problem that requires support from Microsoft’s technical team.

Therefore, I strongly recommend that you contact your university's IT administrator to raise a support ticket with Microsoft Support so they can escalate the issue to the appropriate team.

You can do this by following these steps: They can follow these steps as the link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

And if you're unsure who your Global Admin is, this guide may help How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

However, At present, we have no other better methods to provide you with to fix this problem. Since we are not Microsoft employees, but participants in this community, you need Microsoft to solve this problem in subsequent system updates. I suggest that you may need to submit your problem in the Feedback Center.
