Hi,
I have contacted and consulted with my colleagues regarding your issue. I also tried generating files in Word, PowerPoint, and other formats, and everything worked fine on my side. However, a few of my colleagues encountered similar issues like yours. This could be a more technical problem that requires support from Microsoft’s technical team.
Therefore, I strongly recommend that you contact your university's IT administrator to raise a support ticket with Microsoft Support so they can escalate the issue to the appropriate team.
You can do this by following these steps: They can follow these steps as the link: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
And if you're unsure who your Global Admin is, this guide may help How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
However, At present, we have no other better methods to provide you with to fix this problem. Since we are not Microsoft employees, but participants in this community, you need Microsoft to solve this problem in subsequent system updates. I suggest that you may need to submit your problem in the Feedback Center.
