Hi there, Michael! This is Marc. Thank you for reaching out to the community.

If you subscribed to a service through the Microsoft Store (such as Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft 365, or other subscriptions), follow these steps:

    > Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC.

    > Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.

    > In the Subscriptions section, you’ll see all the active subscriptions associated with your Microsoft account.

    > Find the subscription you want to cancel and select Manage.

    > Select Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

If you're unable to cancel via the Microsoft Store app, you can manage your subscriptions directly from the Microsoft Account website:

    > Visit the Microsoft Account Services page (https://account.microsoft.com/services).

    > Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.

    > Find the subscription you want to cancel in the list of services.

    > Click on Manage and follow the instructions to cancel or turn off auto-renewal.

After you cancel, your subscription will typically remain active until the end of the billing cycle, but auto-renewal will be turned off, so you won’t be charged again.

Let me know if you need any more help!

    Best regards,
