DLookup To Calculate Fields On A Report

I have a simple database called the Incident Management System.
I have a lookup field called "Status," which has the values "Completed," "Delayed," and "Ongoing."
I want to use a DLookup function to calculate how many incidents have been completed, delayed, and ongoing on a report. Please help me out. I used only one Table called Master Data.
