The URL onenote.com/emailtoonenote does not take me to the email setting

The URL onenote.com/emailtoonenote always takes me to a sign in page, after that I must select a notebook - it never takes me to the settings for emailing to onenote. If I try again after signing in it does the same thing. I have tried different browsers, different computers, cleared history - no change.

Used to work, and would take me to the same screen I see in the help videos.

My emails to my personal onenote account are not going through - I cannot check why.

    Hi Jay,

Thank you for using Microsoft products and making community posts.

I understands the importance of resolving this issue, Don’t worry I will be helping you with this following steps.

    1. Feature Removal – Microsoft announced that the ******@onenote.com email feature will be removed in March 2025. If you're trying to send emails to OneNote, you may need to use the Send to OneNote feature instead.
    2. Sign-in Loop Issue – Other users have reported the same issue where the URL keeps redirecting them to a sign-in page instead of the email settings. This could be a bug or a change in how the feature works.
    3. Alternative Solutions – Some users on Reddit have mentioned that the feature stopped working for them months ago, and Microsoft support suggested creating a new user profile, though this didn’t help

Please feel free to let me know how it goes.
