Outlook web app unable to print PDF's

Currently unable to print PDF's directly from the outlook web application, using our work email. Issue began a week ago. Initially the 'Print' button along the top bar when previewing a pdf document would open a new blank tab, with the print command URL, but would not bring up the printer dialogue box.
Temporary workaround had been to just right click the PDF preview and select print this way, however this is no longer available. Right clicking anywhere in the PDF preview no longer displays the drop-down menu.

Have tested across multiple machines with multiple web browsers with same results.
Issue appears to be tied to our work email specifically, as I tested logging in on same machines with my personal outlook, which had full functionality when previewing PDFs.

I have tried combing through account settings to see if there is any variation in permissions, but have not found a solution.
I see various other threads of people having similar issues to this one.
Any help would be appreciated,

Cheers

Hi! You're encountering a widespread issue affecting Outlook Web App. Until Microsoft resolves the issue, try one of these confirmed workarounds:

    1.Download and Print

Instead of printing directly from the preview, Download the file first then, print.

    • Click the "Download" button on the PDF preview toolbar
    • Open the file in your native PDF viewer (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
    • Print from there

    2.Open PDF in New Tab

    • Click “Open in new tab” (if available on the PDF toolbar)
    • Then use Ctrl+P or browser menu >Print
