How can users open High Efficiency Images and Videos on Windows.

We have users on Windows 7-11 who are looking to open these High Efficiency format images on desktops and pc's. However they run into compatibility issues. We are looking to have it seamlessly run so that the user clicks and the image or video automatically converts and it opens.

    Hi @Jasleen Binning ,

    Thank you for posting question here, you have to install softwares to open HEIF/HEIC files, such as Irfan View and VLC media player.

    Including Plugin

    Open - https://www.irfanview.com/ First install application and then Plugin

    https://www.irfanview.com/plugins.htm

    User's image

    For VLC player

    https://get.videolan.org/vlc/3.0.21/win64/vlc-3.0.21-win64.exe
