Moving threads to a different language

When will moderators be able to move threads to a different language? I've seen several Q&A threads that are entirely (question and all replies) in another (supported) language.

    The ability to move threads across locales is a feature that has been requested to the platform team. At this time, we don't have any updates on the status of that request, but we'll be sure to keep you informed of any progress.
