    Dear @M H COLECTIONS

Good day. Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. We are happy to help you!

Based on your description, I understand that you are experiencing difficulties with Microsoft 365 it hasn't been installed, but your account is still being charged monthly. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

As for your concerns regarding the unauthorized charge without your permission, you should check the billing details in your Microsoft account and consider reaching out to Microsoft support for a refund or help resolving any discrepancies.

First, regarding the monthly charges, if you have been charged for a subscription but haven’t installed or activated Microsoft 365, it's possible that the subscription is still active, and you might need to check if the license is assigned correctly.

Here are some steps you can try:

    • Check Your Subscription: Go to the Microsoft 365 account portal and sign in. Here, you can check the status of your subscription and see if it's active.
    • Install Microsoft 365: If you haven’t installed it yet, you can do so from the Microsoft 365 portal. Just sign in, look for the option to install apps, and follow the instructions.
    • Manage Your Subscription: To manage your subscription and billing, you can visit the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
    • Contact Support: If you wish to cancel your subscription or check why you’re being billed, you can reach out to Microsoft Support. Here’s a link for additional assistance: Contact Microsoft 365 Support.

If the issue still persists, you can follow the guide through Microsoft's official website to investigate Microsoft's charge through this link: How to investigate a billing charge from Microsoft

If you can find the transaction, you can check if the subscription is eligible for a refund via this link: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription

If you can't find the subscription charge on all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly to dispute it, and they may process a refund, as this would be considered a fraudulent charge. You may also need to block your card and request a new one.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding. If you need anything else, please feel free to contact me.
