How can you dispute charges with Microsoft and then give you your money back that they have took and you never use the app? It shows that I've never used the app. I need to know the most efficient and proactive way to get this done.

    Dear @Jody,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the unexpected charge from Microsoft for an app you haven’t used. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, and I’m here to help guide you through the most efficient way to resolve it.

To dispute the charge and request a refund, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account and go to the Order History section.
    2. Locate the transaction in question and click on “Request a refund” or “Report a problem.”
    3. Provide a clear explanation that the app was never used and reference any evidence (such as usage logs or screenshots) that supports your claim.
    4. If you don’t see the refund option, you can contact Microsoft Support directly and use the Billing & Subscriptions category to initiate a live chat or request a call.

In your communication, be sure to include:

    • The date and amount of the charge
    • The name of the app
    • Confirmation that your account shows no usage
    • A request for a full refund

I hope this helps you get the thing sorted out quickly!

    Good luck ^^
