Hello ASHOK SHARMA,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A
Too many requests were made in a short time, or the server is limiting access temporarily due to high traffic.
Here’s what you can try:
- Refresh after a break: Wait a few minutes and try again sometimes the limit resets quickly.
- Try a different browser or device: This can bypass local caching issues.
- Use incognito mode: Sometimes helps bypass session-related throttling.
- Switch Networks: Try logging in using mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or vice versa.
- Restart Your Device
- A simple restart can clear cached sessions and reset your connection.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Office → Clear cache and data.
- Then try logging in again.
- Avoid Multiple Devices: If you’re logged in on other devices or apps (like Outlook, Teams, etc.), sign out from them first.
- Update the App: Make sure your Office 365 mobile app is fully updated from the Play Store or App Store.
Be sure that no tools are running in the background that repeatedly ping the site and any extensions that could cause multiple requests in your browser
I hope this help. Feel free to reply back in this post if you need further assistance.
