    Dear danial pezeshpoor

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Forum. Thank you for reaching out and sharing your issue.

I can certainly understand how confusing it is to be blocked by an error like this when you're trying to get started.

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you are creating a personal Microsoft account directly on your Android phone. Could you please confirm if this is the account type you intended to create?

A detail in your screenshot is the key icon in your phone's status bar. This is the Android system symbol for an active VPN (Virtual Private Network) and it may be one of the common causes. Certain apps on Android may utilize the VPN service and may be running in the background without your knowledge. First, please try disconnecting from your VPN service to see if this is the source of the conflict:

    • Go to your phone’s Settings > Network & Internet > VPN > tap the service that says "Connected," and select "Disconnect"

Sometimes, the network itself can be the source of the issue (especially public or corporate Wi-Fi).

    • If you are on Wi-Fi, could you please try switching to another trusted Wi-Fi network (like your home network) or your mobile data (4G/5G) if possible? Then attempt the sign-up again.

If you have a different device like a desktop or laptop computer available, try opening a web browser for signup process (for example, Microsoft Edge).

    • Navigate to the official Microsoft account creation page: https://signup.live.com
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your new account.
    • Once your account has been successfully created, go back to your Android phone > choose to Sign In instead of creating an account.

If you have tried to create an account multiple times in a short period, kindly wait for a few hours before trying again.

I truly appreciate your patience and hope you’ll be able to resolve this quickly.
