Approximately 1 - 2 years ago I'd reported multiple Microsoft Q&A website problems.

He asked that I communicate with him by his Microsoft email.

One of the problems discussed was the very aggressive s.... pam filter interpreting normal communication as s... pam.There were multiple issues discussed that were not disrupted by the filter.

I had email conversations with Richard Hay. It is my understanding that he has since retired.

10am, central Pennsylvania, USA, still broke.
11am, central Pennsylvania, USA. Mycontent still broke. Powershell link is now working.
Clearing cookies didn't help. I signed out and signed back it. That worked for a while. Now it stopped working again.
Please fix your site. Please analyze the 500 errors and figure out why the site is crashing. Fix the code. Users should not have to clear cookies.

It's unrelated to what Docs is asking. That said, I've been on Q&A multiple
times today on different browsers and had no issue.
There have been no VM or CET reports of any site issues.

This has been an ongoing problem for a while now. I chimed in on Doc's thread because (as I interpreted it) it was a request to "give us active users a way to actually talk to someone who can do something".

Part of the problem may be that I supported IIS for many years and rigged up email error notifications and site monitoring, so these errors "hit home" somewhat. I understand that "stuff" happens, but when it continues to happen, then to me that indicates that you've got bigger problems.
I would hope that as a moderator, you would have some way to contact a "moderator coordinator" within MS. And somebody, somewhere should be getting alerted about the "A server side error has occurred" events.
Someone must have just fixed something. No more 500's and response time is much better.
@MotoX80 moderators have dedicated channels to communicate with the relevant teams, and all user-reported issues are addressed, as was the case with the thread you shared. There is no longer a need for users to contact Microsoft employees directly via email to report site issues. We have appropriate tags for this purpose, and moderators are responsible for escalating any concerns through the proper channels.

There have been major reorganizations and layoffs
within Microsoft the last year.
The issues with the sensitivity of the System spam filter
have been mentioned to CET several times.
We can't contact MS Employees, so knowing who they
are does you no good. They can only contact us via PM,
we can't initiate a PM.
MotoX80, One to two years ago I'd communicated with Richard Hay as he posted his Microsoft email into my threads and requested that it be used. There were other Microsoft members that asked in the threads whether they could use the email too. It may have been you...............CrazyKats had you posted into the threads to communicate too?............The Samsung android with Microsoft Q&A is another problem that needs to be fixed..........Other problems can be listed but we need people qualified/capable/resourceful to troubleshoot. How do we find and communicate efficiently? Again Richard was a huge help.
If an Employee gives their e mail and permission to communicate that's 1 thing.
And I have never given any employees contact to anyone on a Public forum.
If you have issues you post them in the Community thread to be addressed by
the appropriate person.
