I received an Email from Microsoft stating that Windows Defender has been auto renewed $499 has been charged to my account? I did not authorize this, it says to call 803-463-0982 to cancel? I think this is a scam or fake email what do I? I do not want any of my "accounts" charged this amount. I have a Windows 10 and will be getting a new computer, so I don't want anything at all at this moment

Well done for being suspicious, that Email is a well known scam, do not click anything in that Email and do not phone that number, you can safely ignore and delete that Email.
