    Hi @Anna,

I’ve thoroughly reviewed the details you provided and conducted an investigation on our end. I’d like to inform you that there is an ongoing service incident affecting multiple tenants, which aligns with the behavior you’ve reported.

Our developer team is aware of this issue and is actively working on a resolution to roll out a fix as soon as possible. For further details, please review this incident report in the Service health menu in Microsoft 365 admin center or this link: Service health - Microsoft 365 admin center

In the meantime, please contact your administrator to access the Admin Center, navigate to Service Health, then select Active Issues under Microsoft and choose the title listed below. After that, click “Are you experiencing this issue?” and select Yes.

This will notify the Microsoft Teams team about your tenant and help prioritize the update for your environment as soon as possible, reducing the risk of similar issues in the future.

    Hi @Anna,
Good day! Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum and sharing the details of your issue.

I’m sorry to hear that the channels have disappeared from your Teams view. To better understand the problem and assist you effectively, could you please provide some additional information and try the following steps?

    • Which platform are you using Teams on: Desktop app, Web, or Mobile app?
    • Have you tried switching between ‘Chat’ and ‘Teams’ tabs to see if the channels reappear?
    • Could you please share a screenshot of your current Teams sidebar for better context?  In Teams settings, under Chats and channels, check whether the “Show channels in separate list” option is enabled.

    • In the affected team, navigate to Manage team → Channels to see if any channels are hidden or deleted and restore them if necessary.
    • Try clearing the Teams cache or restarting the app, as this often resolves display glitches.
    • Please confirm that you are still a member of the affected teams and that your permissions have not changed.

If you have tried all the above steps without success, please share your Teams app version, platform details, and the requested screenshots so I can assist you further.

Looking forward to your reply to help resolve this issue.
