Locked Question notification to have link to where a question has been moved.

Almost every time I find a word for word perfect description of problem I'm having on the forum, the question is locked because it was migrated to some more appropriate place. Totally fine, I understand the necessity of moving question to more appropriate places. However, there are a frustratingly large amount of orphaned questions that are still showing up in search results but are locked for this reason.

Please have the locked notification link to where we can actually find this question once its been moved.
