Why new software developed by Microsoft are more difficult to use. Why these can't be made more user friendly?

Whenever new developments are done by Microsoft, these are difficult to follow. These are not user friendly, old shortcut commands does not work as before. Lot of features are hidden? Even on Microsoft help center solutions / answers are not found.

I wish, may be in near future someone will take over to understand the need and will change such policies in microsoft.

For every product we buy we get a user manual, but with microsoft it is next to impossible to handle now a days.
