Please notify us if we've misunderstood anything about your request. From your sharing, you want to calculate the split% of calls separated by days and intervals in each data table of different three weeks.

Here's the ways you can do it:

1-Calculate the total calls of each week: Use the =SUM formula to calculate the total calls of each day, interval and then calculate the total of each week.

2-Calculate the split%
Split% is calculated by the formula: Split % = (Calls in cell/Total calls across)*100. In this step you need to create a different table with the same size, choose the corresponding value with exact date and interval then divide by the total of that week. Remember to press F4 to lock the value of the total. You can look in the demonstration below.

Then copy the formula and paste to other cells of week 1. Repeat the step for each week

3-Highlight the data

You can highlight the cells having high values and need to focus with conditional formatting. Select the data > Conditional formatting > Color scales and edit the colors.

You can do that by selecting the cells you want to read > change the number format from generals to percentage or click the % icon. You can also change the number of decimals by choosing the left arrow as increase and right arrow as decrease

Yes, let me give your mor detailed explanation.

In week 1, choose cell C11 for Mon as 8AM. Then type the formula =C2/$H$7 and press Enter.
Next step, you copy the cell C11 then choose all the cells of week 1 and paste. Excel will calculate all the numbers in the chosen cells

Repeat the same step for week 2. Choose cell K11 > press the formula =K2/$P$7 > Enter > copy cell K11 > paste to all the table cells of week 2. Also repeating in the table of week 3.

There is the original I gave to you and below it is another set of intervals and their respective calls.

I have been asked to find the split % between one set and another. For example, I need the split per interval, like set 1, our original, is 30% set 1 calls and 70% set 2 calls. I have been asked to add both and then divide by the total. Can you help?

Need to split % per interval for Set 1 and Set 2. Example Set 1 30% Set 2 70%. Add both then divide them by the total.

The format you're seeing is a timestamp in ISO 8601 format. You can extract the date part by using the formula =DATEVALUE(LEFT(A1,10)). You will see the result 45870. It's the general value of the date. Next step you will choose the cell B1 then go to More number formats > Custom > choose the date format. If you prefer the format year-month-day as the original data but can't find it, you can type the format yyyy-mm-dd manually it the box and then press OK.

If you want to get the day too, you just need to add dddd into the box. For example, I want to format it as dddd, yyyy-mm-dd I will type it in the box like this and then press OK.
