Hi! I am getting an error message across my mac laptop and iPhone in OneNote saying "SYNC ERROR - it appears like you don't have permission to edit this notebook. Contact the notebook owner to request access, and we'll try syncing again"
I cannot edit any of my files. This just came out of nowhere (but I did recently do a software update on my Mac - but that wouldn't explain why I am also seeing the error on my iPhone?).
Any idea how to fix this?? I am freaking out that I can't access any of my files.
Is OneNote down?

Hi! sorry to hear that you have this situation, could you please go to https://www.onenote.com/notebooks and log with your Microsoft account, confirm that this notebooks are available on this Microsoft account and that you have access to the software please, in case you don't, please let me know.
