Thank you for posting your problem i am here to help you. Possible reason you are getting this problem is your OneDrive sync on your Windows.

To fix this let us try this steps:

Close any open OneDrive files or folders on your Computer. Look for the OneDrive icon on the system try near the date and time, right-click on OneDrive icon, and choose "Close OneDrive". Open the Start menu, type "OneDrive" into the search box, and select the OneDrive desktop app to restart it. Once OneDrive app running again on your Computer try again open your Phone storage on your computer transfer again the photos inside the OneDrive folder on your Computer.

Tap Start button and search RUN then open. Run window will appear then enter this code wsreset.exe and press enter.
