For tenant-related information (e.g., subscriptions), cancellation or changes can only be performed by the Global Administrator of that tenant.
Since you’ve lost access to your Business account but still wish to cancel the subscription, we recommend that you contact the Data Protection team. Once you reach them and successfully verify that you are the owner of the tenant, they will assist you in restoring access and may even be able to directly help you cancel the subscription.
To contact the Data Protection team, please follow these steps:

Instructions for the call:
- Reason for the call: AdminCenter
- Role: Global Administrator
- Request Description: Mention the keyword “AdminCenter”
- If asked whether there is another admin: Answer “No” to be directed to the support team and have a service request created.
