Hello Nosaka Yuko
Greetings!
I understand you're trying to delete the ExpressRoute but are having trouble. Please review the following steps.
- Check the provisioning status of the ExpressRoute circuit. If it is in a failed or provisioning state, it cannot be deleted. You will need to change it to a succeeded state before attempting to delete it again.
- Also, please check if there are any dependencies associated with the express route. If there are, try removing them first before proceeding.
- Please make sure that all connected virtual networks have been removed from the ExpressRoute circuit before you delete it.
- If private peering is set up, confirm that it has been deleted before continuing.
- Additionally, you can check the ExpressRoute activity logs on the azure portal and see if there are any ongoing operations related to your ExpressRoute circuit that might be causing the hold-up. Sometimes, operations can take longer if there are any conflicts or ongoing processes.
- Please ensure that all service provider authorizations are revoked before deleting them. Remove every authorization associated with the circuit.
Also, please give me some time to check internally with the support engineer handling your issue on SR#2510170030004081. We will connect privately over a Teams call to further investigate the issue.
