Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with a Microsoft Form that I have embedded in a PowerPoint slide. The form keeps loading indefinitely and does not display the content. Here are the steps I have already taken to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Checked my internet connection to ensure it is stable.
  2. Updated my PowerPoint application to the latest version.
  3. Removed and reinserted the form.
  4. Cleared the cache of my browser and PowerPoint.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I have also checked the form settings to ensure it is shared correctly and that the options such as "Accept responses" and "Start date/End date" are configured properly.

I am using Office 365 on Windows 11.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you.

    Hello,

Try logging out from powerpoint and clear the cache while you’re logged out then log back in. If the issue persists try uninstalling and reinstalling office365.

    Hope this helps,

    JC
