Welp, This is certainly a Warning that I should have Read. I have the Same Problems as of the Windows 11 25H2 Update. If I can Open the File, I will. Otherwise, I should have Been More Careful.
This is a pretty standard warning when you tried to open a certain type of file, doesn't necessrily mean the file can be harmful. What's the context here? Are you opening an .exe or .bat file for example? Do you know the source of the file, if so you can go ahead and open it, if not, you should be cautious.
Please do provide some context.
I have the Same Problem as of the Windows 11 25H2 Update.
