Hi

I am the owner of Surface Go 3 with the Win 11 home preinstalled. Recently I made booting of my computer veery long because of using one of the debloat Win11 scripts via PowerShell. I've tried repairing Windows and even preinstalling the whole system without success - booting was still much slower than before. Finally, I decided to format entire drive and made a clean install. To my astonishment that didn't help neither. But now I have another problem. I cannot upgrade to windows education by using the serial from my azure account. When I enter the key in the settings I get the response: "It looks like the hardware has changed on this device. Make sure you have internet connection and try again. (0xc0ea000a)". Obviously, I have the Internet and I am stuck. Please help me...

I don't know how you performed the "clean install". If you did not use the official downloadable recovery image for your Surface, https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-recovery-image please try that. Instructions for the upgrade process are at https://v4.hkg1.meaqua.org/en-us/education/windows/change-home-to-edu
