Microsoft surface laptop 4 battery replacement in INDIA

I am writing to seek your urgent assistance regarding my Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 (AMD Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM, Serial Number: REMOVE PII ), which I purchased through an official Microsoft reseller in India. Unfortunately, the laptop’s battery has failed completely, rendering the device unusable without a functioning battery. Despite my efforts to obtain support locally, both Microsoft’s support website and authorized service centers in India have informed me that battery replacement is currently not supported or available for this model in the Indian region.

    Regarding your issue, unfortunately, Microsoft-authorized service centers in India do not currently offer battery replacement for this model. The official support option in your region is a full device replacement through Microsoft Support.
